Moroccan-Inspired Pillows

Driven by a strong nesting instinct (hey, it’s chilly here in November!), I’ve been looking for new items to decorate my teeny (about 1,000sq ft) apartment.

What do you think of this pillow/fabric?

TherouxThough inspired by traditional Moroccan designs, the Donghia textile team has created an updated and modernized collection with a modern edge and a universal appeal which moves away from its African origins and makes it applicable to multiple design vocabularies. These textiles are called the Literary Collection – a series of five incredible textiles, each named for a famous travel writer. Theroux (on pillow), the largest scaled of all the Literary Collection, resembles Neruda (background), but this time the geometrics are multi-colored.

 
 

Architectural Conference in Morocco!

I didn’t hear about this conference until today – darn! I’d probably sell my liver if I could somehow be magically transported to it.
