2007, Year of the Fire Pig
It’s almost 2007, so here’s something for those of you that like a little online fortune telling. In Chinese astrology, it will soon be the year of the Boar, also known as the ‘Fire Pig.’ (which sounds much more impressive!) I’m a Water Ox (though the site didn’t tell me that, I already knew it), and here’s my forecast for 18th Feb 2007 to 6th Feb 2008 (Chinese Year):
8 out of 10 Oxen have good luck this year. 10 out of 10 Oxen appear attractive and charming to the opposite sex.
There isn’t even one stronger lucky star in the Ox’s constellation this year. In fact, there are more unlucky stars than lucky ones. On what grounds are the Oxen said to have good luck?
There isn’t a major star in the Ox’s constellation this year. Yet, it is surrounded by a whole bunch of lucky stars in all directions. Metaphorically, it’s like the morning audience held by an emperor with ministers and officials attending. Moreover, these lucky stars are all loyal to the Ox.
To greater or lesser extents, the Oxen would enjoy some benefits in terms of academic results, career luck or interpersonal relationship due to some ‘acquired advantage’.

Well, this sounds eerily close to some other predictions I’ve seen of late.
All Dragons would have joyful events, and there is no way to escape it. Besides having joyful events in your own family, you should actively attend joyful occasions such as others’ wedding or birthday banquets, even if you don’t have an invitation. Think about joyful matters just to find an excuse to celebrate. You can celebrate your wedding; your newborn baby; your birthday; your anniversary; your winning the lottery…Or you may even celebrate the most trivial irrelevant matters. No matter how small the party is, any kind of celebration would do you good. It’s a year to turn your luck around and it’s a year to combat proactively. There are many chances and benefits lying ahead. Yet, your fame and reputation is subject to some risks. If you handle these problems skillfully and avoid being trapped, you would enjoy a wealthy lucky life soon. On the other hand, if you overlook the facts and don’t take things seriously, you are likely to get involved in lawsuits among other serious consequences. There isn’t any A-list powerful star in your Palace of life this year. The minor stars Hong Luan and Yue De don’t seem to help much. Fortunately, you have plenty of lucky stars surrounding your Palace of life from all directions, meaning there are many benefits reserved for the Dragons. Yet, until your final success, don’t be proud and get carried away. Stay alert as your enemies might be hanging around undercover. Some confidential matters might be exposed by someone you trust and then your plans would be blown. The unlucky star Yin Sha represents those mean backstabbers hanging around you. Another unlucky star Xiao Hao would join force with Yi Sha to cause losses of different scales to the Dragons. In 2007 year of Pig, the Dragons should keep an eye on the information in your computers. Any confidential data, such as your diary, should be encrypted and locked up in a safe place. Beware of someone eavesdropping when you talk. 7 out of 10 Dragons would suffer from deteriorated fame and reputation due to the disclosure of confidential information. Honestly, attending or organizing joyful events is just to deal with the gloomy energy in your Palace of virtues. Such stale and deadly energy is very strong.
Really strange, because I had similar predictions from Maryams Tarot tarot reading ‘He is on his way to a brand new beginning.’ ‘But the card carries a little bark of warning as well. Stop daydreaming and fantasising and watch your step, lest you fall and end up looking the fool.’ But then again, you could say that about almost anybody?
The bit about backstabbing(at least its not neck stabbing;-)) and lawsuits sounds scary though. Yikes! I think, I am going to really have to watch my step this year.

Yikes Paul, looks like the snake may not be facing a good year either. I am warned:
It is a year when the Snakes have to undergo certain revolutions. 1 in every 4 Snakes would be highly lucky this year, with extremely promising love luck; good chance of career promotion; and good luck of wealth. One of the remaining 3 would get caught in dilemma with frequent unlucky experiences. The other 2 would lead a normal life without any ups and downs.
Those Snakes who think they are the tough guys should be careful. Those Snakes who practices martial arts (ME!! or maybe Thai kick boxing is not a martial art?) for leisure or works in disciplinary teams should especially be very careful.
To turn your fate around this year, you should take initiative instead of being passive. You should stay calm, instead of acting impulsively. By ‘initiative’, I mean you should resolve all outstanding matters, including annoying things that you have been escaping from. As the Snakes have the charm of the ‘ruling star’ in half of the year, you would at least have one chance to resolve all the unfinished businesses.

As a fellow ox (albeit a metal one) I rejoice at the thought of a lucky year. Perhaps I´ll find Boca Burgers on sale in Label Vie in 2007.

do not know what ox i m in but was born in 10th april , 1961 . pls let me know more about my future stands for 2007 . do have a small business in s’pore but not doing well. on the oversea side have business partnership with indonesian on logistics on handling clients shipping to few places in indonesia. propect looks good but until to date did not have returns ( money on my shares ) pls give some tips or advice on my business luck & properities 2007 . tks u .
