   Hello there! Asalamailaykum! Ke dayra?

   What a small world it is! I was googling moroccan music ohio to try to figure out if there could possibly be any moroccan groups that could/would perform in Cincinnati for my wedding this July and I came across your blog. We definitely travel in the same circles…I know Leila Lalami very well (we were Fulbrighters together) and I know Meryam from when I was living in Morocco last year.

   I graduated from Ohio State (Fisher College of Business), spent a year living in Morocco as a Fulbrighter and I am marrying my moroccan fiance this summer in Cincinnati.I found your blog so fun to read….I can totally empathisize with some of your posts about missing things during Ramadan, etc.

   So did you spend time in Morocco and the meet your husband or vice-versa? I always love these stories!

   Well, it is wonderful to “virtually” meet you!!
